6pm: Group Interval Bike Workout leaving from Crandon Park on Key Biscayne


7pm: Track at Crandon Park Track on Key Biscayne














6pm: Open Water Swim at Hobie Beach in  Key Biscayne (after daylight savings)


7pm: Group Bridge Run from Hobie Beach on Key Biscayne






6am: Tempo Bike Ride from Jaguar Therapeutics in Coconut Grove


7am: Open Water Swim from Alien Endurance Beach on Key Biscayne


8am: Group Bike from Alien Endurance Beach on Key Biscayne

Some athletes will also have a short run. 

Workouts may also vary based on race distance and progression of race plan.


We do not have a regular Sunday group workout. However, many athletes do get together to ride and run together.  You can find out more about Sunday morning athlete led group workouts on our member Facebook group page.
