8am: 70.3 Boulder Course Ride (40 miles)
2pm: 70.3 Boulder Course Run (1 loop)
DAY 3: MONDAY, JULY 29TH
8am: St Vrain Rd Bike Repeats (2-3 x) This is the toughest section of the course
3pm: Easy Run on Lefthand Greenway Trail (3 miles)
3:30pm: Lefthand Brewery Happy Hour
DAY 4: TUESDAY, JULY 30TH
6:30am: Open Water Swim (700-2000 meters)
1pm: Bike (20 miles of course)
3pm: Race Nutrition Planning Session
4:30pm: Optional Mt Sanitas Hike
DAY 5: WEDNESDAY, JULY 31ST
8am: 70.3 Course Run (3-4 miles)
10am: Flat Tire Workshop
1pm: Lunch / Camp Debrief
